Workout of 26  km from Esbly to Condé Ste Libiaire and Meaux, (cathedral,  Parc du Pâtis), along the  channel  from Meaux to Chalifert and back via the Canal de l'Ourcq and Isles lès Villenoy.

25 km training from Pomponne  towards Chalifert, Montévrain Parc du Bicheret, the Dhuis and the banks of the Marne.
