There are days that we would like to relive! This Thursday was one. A pretty troop of 19 kilometer-eaters, good weather, a course rich in heritage which allowed us to visit, under the leadership of our friend Jean-Pierre Leclerc, many towns in eastern Paris.
And what about the meal stop in the departmental park of Haute-île, a comfortable stop with tables, benches and shelters to taste? the chocolate sausage? (Here, Gérard Laurent salivates ..).
Thanks to Jean-Pierre for choosing his route, for his explanations on heritage. Thank you to his wife, who has been promoted to head pastry chef for the occasion.
Our club is alive and well!

It was cold this Thursday morning in Bailly-Romainvilliers, which in no way prevented regulars from meeting up for what will be remembered as the birth of a new discipline: Audax-cross-aquatic.
Our GG believed himself elected for life, as imperator of the mud. He was driven from his throne by Jocelyne who offered us a route rich in winter forest surprises; puddles, mud, ruts and ice patches; a real treat !
The few difficulties of the course did not in any way affect the good humor of the troop in which the future adventurers of the great patents have refined their physical condition under a beautiful sun.
February 20, 2020 - Esbly
Under driving of Maïté Picquet, who operated on her land, an always substantial delegation of the G503, traveled the beautiful (a little wet) paths between Marne and Canal de Meaux. A stopover in the heart of the town of "L'Aigle de Meaux" (Bossuet) to regain some strength before heading back under a gloomy sky, which, however, spared us the rain.

For this 3rd post-confinement training, Gérard Laurent, who operated at home, had prepared a "cardio" session for us (according to the person concerned). a magnificent bumpy walk, which led us from the forest of Vallières to the banks of the Marne under a radiant sun, with just enough freshness to accomplish our efforts. We were able to verify, on this demanding course, the excellent physical condition of the participants, which was obviously not affected by the confinement, nor their good humor!
Thank you to Gérard for this beautiful sporting and friendly moment.
